To apply: Unzip to the CMO installation directory, overwriting as necessary (backup the existing Command.exe, just in case)

Build 1147.29 Release Notes (changes from Build 1147.28)

* Fix for right column inherited doctrine settings not updating correctly
* Fixed: #14649: Strike missions should allow altitude override when ingress
* FIXED: Fixed inconsistent error handling in SE_AssignUnitToMission()

Errors in SE_AssignUnitToMission() would raise a pop up whether run interactively or not; this has been corrected. They are now consistent with the other functions; in interactive mode they will stop execution, in non-interactive they're suppressed.
