Altogether, American Civil War Blue and the Grey is a very solid game that was great to play, from the scenario to grand campaign.

The gripping subject matter, the refreshing absence of turns, and the fact that victory and defeat are often just a couple of bomb or torpedo hits away, combine to produce pace and levels of excitement you don't often find in hardcore wargames.

AGEods American Civil War is a very good strategy game and another feather in the cap for its developers

The reviewer mentions in the summary: - Good AI - Easy to learn interface and game but with high complexity - Sound and graphics are very nice done and add to the atmosphere of the game - Addicting for friends of strategy games and highly recommended, especially for those with an interest in the ACW.
