Seeking Web Developer and Network Administrator<
Matrix Games and Slitherine are seeking to add to its staff a new Web Developer/Network Administrator. This is a full-time paid position. Qualified candidates will have skills and experience in the following areas:
- Programming experience in ASP, Javascript, JQuery, AJAX, XML, HTML, SQL
- Database design and management in SQL Server 2008 R2 (including T-SQL, StoredProcedures, CLR, Indexes, etc)
- Server administration and management in Windows Server 2008 R2
- Experience with FTP, DNS, TCP/IP
- Experience with Remote server administration, server virtualization and with server and network security, including an understanding of physical networking and advanced router/firew
Candidates who are already near or able to relocate to work at one of the main offices (US Office in Vermont, UK Office near London, Italian Office near Milan) will be given preference, but skill and experience are the primary considerations.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, a fast internet connection (if unable to work from one of the main offices mentioned above) and fluency in English are required.
