Matrix Games and Strategic Studies Group (www.ssg.com.au) are excited to announce the release of Carriers at War! This WWII naval combat strategy title has been anticipated by wargamers and naval simulation fans alike. Now gamers can get a piece of the action found in Carriers at War that The Wargamer called “sexier-looking than ever, while still retaining the realism, tension, and challenge that made the original so distinguished.”

Gregor Whiley, Vice President of Strategic Studies, added “Looking back on the work we’ve put into the various aspects of the Carriers at War engine, I know we have something that gamers will love. What better historical framework to base an intense strategy game like Carriers at War on than the dramatic and exciting Pacific Theatre.”

David Heath, Director of Operations at Matrix Games, said “SSG has poured improvements, upgrades, and innovation into Carriers at War to truly create the next step in naval strategy games. We’re more than confident that the hard work that went into digitally swabbing the decks of Carriers at War will give gamers exactly what they’re looking for.”
