Acting on supply

Exploring things a little. Is there a way to act on supply from rail lines?

Well, reducing the amount of supply outside of rail lines. Like 9 and then 7 instead of 8 in plains.

And same question for roads. To distinguish them from rails.

So you are advocating reducing supply levels in general, based on the distance from the nearest rail hex? Maybe introduce a parameter for that in the editor to be able to tweak that in a mod? Is that what you mean?

No, I don't want to change anything. I just want to know what the possibilities are.

Partisan, paradrop, or cheating are the only methods to impact supply.

Cheating? How it is possible?
