Middle East

The new Cold War turned hot wargame from On Target Simulations, now expanded with the Player's Edition! Choose the NATO or Soviet forces in one of many scenarios or two linked campaigns. No effort was spared to model modern warfare realistically, including armor, infantry, helicopters, air support, artillery, electronic warfare, chemical and nuclear weapons. An innovative new asynchronous turn order means that OODA loops and various effects on C3 are accurately modeled as never before.

Middle East

Any thoughts on doing a middle east version?
Six Day and Yom Kippur Wars would be perfect for this game.

It remains on our list of future content we would like to do. We will be looking for additional folks to help out with that Content Creation down the road as well.

Will Iran-Iraq war be ignored or will we have just another rendition of the Golan Heights?

We won't ignore any significant conflicts, but we will probably cover the more popular conflicts first. Now, if we get some folks interested in helping out with an Iran-Iraq war setting (Maps, Data help, OOBs, scenarios, and campaigns), that might help accelerate the effort in the future.

Popular = done to death.

Iran-Iraq was biggest war since WW2...8 years and 1,000,000+ KIA.

Pretty obvious why it is ignored
