I think he is referring to the fact that it looks strange.... the bottom has a map and black rounded rectangle repeated three times... which makes the text a bit hard to read.

OK, the background is still the same, but using the scroll button at the bottom of the screen makes the white text visible against the black background in the top two thirds of the map.
