Status: offline 		I get into game and anytime i click on anything i ctd. i tried renaming my sound folder but when i do that the intro ctd.

Whats sound settings?

So far I have not had any CTD's Since lost most hearing I don't use sound and in Prefs set sound on all options to 0

I'd note that Matrix dropped the ball here, they should have a No Sound option, even hearing people use no sound if its late and one doesn't wish to disturb others.... so having no option to turn sound off unless setting all sound settings to 0 does it is a bit absurd to me.

Try also renaming the video directory to novideo. Let me know if that helps.
