David,

I ordered EYSA & AA:HTR through the main Matrix E-Store (wanted to make sure you guys got more of the $$$ ;) ). These were ordered together with overnight shipping.

Will they be shipped together once HTR is finished, or will they be shipped separately?

I just want to know when to start looking for the Fed Ex guy. No sense pacing the floor eagerly awaiting the sound of a truck engine, if I don't have to. :D

Also, what happened to the Kinko�s Doc Center link? Did you guys decide to drop that service? I had the manual done for UV and thought it was a great idea although I wish I could have gotten color pages printed instead of just the cover.
