Running under Windows 10

I have:

AMD E-350D APU with Radeon HD Graphics 1.60GHz
running on Windows 10 Home 64-bit, v.1803 Build 17340.766

Installs without any apparent problems, but then refuses to run. Clicking on play nothing happens.

Any ideas>

did you follow any guides on how to install on windows 10?
Windows 11 Pro 64-bit (10.0, Build 22621) (22621.ni_release.220506-1250)

needs updating tbh, but as there's a new version of windows 10 out any day now, i'll be doing it again soon enough

Yes thanks, that was the first thing I looked at - and I disabled the anti-virus.
