Naval supply?

Post by mussey »

I'm having a devil of a time determining Naval supply. The manual lists how to calculate the various hexes for land (road/rail) but not a sea hex. Do Naval units draw supply while at sea, and if so how?

Any help appreciated!

Units in Deep Water/Unfrozen Shallow Water are treated as if they were on a supply point.

Excellent, thanks for a speedy reply.

This helps with my Naval formations. My thought is to reduce their Formation Supply to about 50-ish (depending on supply ships) so that they would need sit still, or to re-base more often.
