I know we not suppose to talk about the government and such, but curious where can I sign up and talk about things that should be carry out before doing more harm than good?

Wasn't sure where to talk about it or even send the government some thoughts and ideas, etc.

Does anyone knows?

Governmentally speaking, no idea, but, probably the most intensely political forums I know of, I'd ask if you knew of Armchair General's forums.

You are best off staying away from any forum discussions. Most people there are so entrenched, on either side, that open discussion never occurs.
And, their cyber muscles are exercised everyday. Even a five year old can sound like a tough guy.

Most government officials have their e-mails at ".gov". My suggestion is to "google" who you want to message and get their direct address.

I just did that two days ago. Mailed a letter to a congress women. I couldn't leave the matter to a simple comment(on the web site) after an article in the news. Viral videos and the media jumping (to be the first ones to report) on it sure cause a lot of misunderstanding.

If you really mean it and are not just about mental masturbation, you should contact your Congressional Representative and/or Senator's office(s) directly. How to do so will require you to do a simple internet search. (I personally recommend only going to official .gov sites to get email addresses or phone numbers and identities of your reps).
