I can't disband it and it's October 41. I disbanded other Air Corps but somehow with this one the disband line never show up in its description. Someone knows why?

I know in the latest versions its disband has been prohibited. Were you disbanding other soviet air HQs on older versions and only just tried to disband this one on the latest?

Well, I did disband the other Air Corps depending from the Leningrad Air Army, forgot it's name, the Leningrad PVO Air Corps I believe it's called. So it's kind of weird I can't disband another one...

Sorry but why is you want to disband PVO Air Corps HQs?
You are only loosing 1 additional level for leader checks and getting nothing(up to 50 support squads and 50 trucks).

Ya you're probably right but I wanted to concentrate good Air leaders in fewer HQs. The Soviet has few decent Air generals, I thought that it's better to have them in Front Hqs.

Soviet Army-level Air HQs may not disband, the Baltic and Black Sea Fleet HQ are Army level so can't, this rule as a recent change. The PVO Air Corp HQs are corp level so can.

In another recent change the four BAK commands all automatically disband turn 10. I used to use three of them for long range bombing but as they now disband I needed to do it another way. So I use the Baltic and Black Sea Fleet army level air HQ and the Long Range air HQ in lieu.
