If I don't use all my admin points during a turn, are they added to new ones during the next turn or are they lost ?
Can't find the answer ... :-(

They are not lost. There is a software cap at 500 i think.

But do not keep point stock if some of your units are destroyed during enemy turn because the game will spent points automaticaly to restore them. (If you have no political point left, the price is free. If you have stock, you loose some points per units).

I've wondered if the AP price is paid on the turn after (the same) they are destroyed or on the turn they come back on map. Never bothered to test though.

Well until Nov 1st 41 the Soviet doenst pay any AP for new divisions coming, right?

The turn they respawn.
What bugs me, is whether they always respawn in the next turn!

The "free" soviet units that AlexSF is refering to in the next post after yours, respawn in a pattern of # turns after, depending on what the units were while being destroyed, plus a (smallish) random number for the infantry. [I think - too lazy to check the manual right now - it's 9 turns for the Mech and Tank and they come as Brigades.] Ze Gerrrmans, though? Not a clue...

I think German units respawn the turn after they are destroyed. But they are locked in place back in Germany until they get to 50% TOE if I remember correctly. So they will be out of action for a couple of turns plus how long it takes for them to make it back to the line. Soviet units take 8-12 turns and then come back as shells.

Correct...where new divisions are those listed as reinforcements...building your own still costs...

Also the cost of building new yourself costs double until T21, when it drops from 40 points for Rifle & Cav Divisions to 20 AP etc. (Wish I new that before building a division a turn...

How do I know how many AP are expected for the next turn ?

I think it's minimum 50/week and then you get a lot more if you get an army or a front in your reinforcement.

From a certain date in 1942 you get 60/week. June perhaps? Also (as the Soviets), the extra 100 AP is only when a new front arrives or is activated. You can check the arrivals on the reinforcements schedule in game, but not the activations (or transformations from military district). These are dependent on the German advance I think, but don't know the rules.

The "transformations" are there in the Manual. Sadly, it implies, for instance, that playing Soviets means you cannot/shouldn't keep Kyiv. Check yourself in the Manual ;-)
