What affects US entry in GD1938? All these games going on early with everyone attacking, does this mean the US will come in early? Is this an what the Axis want? Should the Axis curb their aggressiveness in the early years to prevent the US from coming in early? Seems like if the US comes in it is a game changer.

The first factor was decided before your game started when the choice to use the "historical" US entry was made, or not. This is a very important decision.

The early activity can result in some trigger events coming sooner, such as the fall of Paris, which upsets the Americans.

The Axis has no desire for the USA coming in early. However this should Not stop the Axis from being assertive, perhaps aggressive.

The Americans are strong in the longer term, but usually weak as kittens when they first enter. This is close to the RL experience.
