I'm ready to dive into a grand Campaign again and see how far the IJN can expand its empire. I'm a pretty reliable opponent can do at least 5 turns a week.

PDU: Off or On, doesnt matter.
Dec. 7th Surprise: On
Reliable USN Torps: Off
Realistic R&D: On
No Unit Withdrawals: Off
Turn Cycle: 1
Historical First Turn: On

Other settings open to discussion.
I like “friendly” game not exploiting weaknesses of the mechanics.

4E naval bombing below 10k
Player must pay PP to move restricted units across borders
