Correct me if I am wrong, but on the Dec 8th Start scenario:

there are no magic move task forces...

Force Z is intact...

Allies have both movement phases...

There is no surprise, no curtailed AA, no reduced CAP...

Nothing sunk at Pearl, but some ships severely damaged and ready to sink...

Enterprise is at Pearl...

Parts of Malaya are invaded...

Given this what would your starting tactics be as Japan? As the Allies?
