Level 1 - Mild
You have upgraded to the latest version, but your opponent has not. If they are not compatible you have to wait until they upgrade. Play someone else in the meantime.

Level 2 - Annoying
The server has gone down so you cannot play any of your online opponents.

Level 3 - Agony
UN calls a global emergency. Medical services arrange counselling for distraught wargamers. With no human opposition some even have to go back to playing the AI. Why? Because everyone's opponent, SparkleyTits, has their PC broken.

Lololo!

I also have a game with Highlander, though. June 1942 and he's slugging away at my lines north of the land bridge.

I currently have a slipped spinal disk, making it physically painful to play. At what level of frustration does this rank?

UN security council has passed a motion of extreme concern at this crisis - that ought to fix it!

The wailing in the street has stopped. Children will sleep peacefully in their beds tonight. Crisis is over.

Never used the server, so level 2 doesn't exist for me.
