Waiting for an inpossible Take-off

Hail.

I have a problem with my scenario.
There are 2 Aircraft Carriers.
I don't know what's wrong with the Enterprise, cause there are 2 flights that take too much time for a Take-off.
In the mission editor, I've called this mission "Naval Strike 1"
I believe strongly there is something wrong with the Black Knight and the Hell's Angels Flight cause it's almost an hour I'm waiting for the Take-off.

The scenario has been posted.

That is a bit strange.

The one odd thing I note is that the flight deck is jam packed. I think it has 54 AC on it and the 4 catapults are also full. The hanger only has a few AC. But where the AC are on the ship is not normally in the players control.

Someone else may note something else weird but on first blush it looks like things should work.
