nobody has to use them if they wish, just add it to the spam mail, then you won't know you have received another, not sure if there's an opt out, you would need to check your account settings or ask support the same question

99.99% of members appreciate the gesture of Matrix by acknowledging their customers loyalty with this coupon. So Matrix, thanks again for this gesture. If you have ever had the chance to see show "Mystere" at Treasure Island Casino in Vegas you would have an insight into OP's reasoning process.

Thanks VPaulus!
In case Matrix releases a game on casinos how can I also be listed as those who will not buy it?

I wonder if think 99.99% of members have even received a coupon? I've been surprised at how many haven't (including myself, but I suspect it's based solely on games you registered and not games you bought... I've bought many games but only had to register a couple... So I probably wouldn't get squat. I still don't understand the need to register a game if Matrix has my money and my receipts!).

But yes, it was a great marketing tool. Shame, this Ian says it can't be controlled but one month a year.

I wouldn't know how many have received a coupon. Any issue I have had with the coupon was resolved by customer service Paulus helped me directly once (that was a great help)I just followed the directives given me and it has worked out fantastically.

I can guarantee you it's not based on that.

I can guarantee you it's not based on that.

The anecdotal evidence from personal experience and both recent and past public posts, indicates that there is a bureaucratic SOP in place, which precludes that guarantee. Not to mention, I SERIOUSLY doubt they have the sales records of 2 or 3 Matrix purchase systems prior to the Slither take over (I don't even think the original Matrix Games had that info without making the fantastic efforts those guys used to make for customers).

If you buy while logged in your purchases are automatically registered for at least a couple of years ( I forget the date it was added). If not, obviously we have no way to link it to your account so you have to do it manually, but the records go back over 10 years so pretty much anything ever bought from us can be registered. Many thousands of coupons have been sent out - I'd have to look up the numbers but don't have the time to do it. As discussed in the other thread which was closed, so if you have an issue E ask tech support and they'll resolve it with you. Usually people have registered a bad email address or the coupons mails are in their junk mail - neither of which we can fix, but support will tell you what to do but they cannot provide support like this over the forum so please create a support ticket.

A gentleman has an appointment with his doctor for the report of his analyzes. The doctor looks sad looking at the results. The patient asks if it is serious and the doctor answers in the affirmative. The patient asks how long he has to live, the doctor answers "two months!"
The gentleman tells him "Very well, I'm taking July and August!"

I got coupons every year prior to ever buying anything from Matrix or Slitherine, just from being on the forum, so my guarantee is valid and your surmise is incorrect.

A guy wants to buy a drink from a drinks vending machine but the guy in front of him keeps putting coins in the machine and accumulates a bunch of drinks at his side. It ends up irritating the guy who is waiting and he says to him "You still have for a long time?" and the other guy answers "As long as I win, I play!"

Actually that other thread left us with the opposite impression. Didn't you say you cannot do anything with your own system for 11 months a year? i.e. It will only listen to you on the customers' anniversary.
(...Dangerous and very bureaucratic, that; being a slave to your own system.)

It's all moot in my case... nuMatrix "support" has already told me to pound sand, as they expect me to change my whole system so I can give you my money, i.e. make a purchase (months after my last no-problem purchase).

Needless to say, that isn't going to happen. I'll just wait for the next system and see if it or that regime can make it work for all customers.

(so in all actuality, nuMatrix' "support" has saved me from buying a LOT of games I apparently didn't need as bad as I thought. So ultimately, I have to thank them for turning my money away!).

The point I am discussing has absolutely nothing to do with the forum and only applies to those who bought games prior to the coupon system, AND never registered those games into the Matrix game registration system.

Coupons' saving percentages were supposed to be based on number of games purchased. In light of this clarification and your stated lack of experience in that regard, can you still guarantee I'll get coupon credit for games I bought in 2004, but never registered?

Please factor in the 2 or 3 prior sales systems, never talked to each other without extraordinary efforts by The Original Matrix (TOM), and those systems would be the only source for determining games bought by a customer, but never registered.

Two friends go to the movies to see a thriller. The first says to the second I bet you that the policeman kills the villain at the end of the film. The first says "bet held!". At the end of the film the policeman kills the bandit. The loser gives the money to the winner who refuses, explaining to him having already seen the film and knowing the end being on to win by cheating. The loser refuses, tells him that he too has already seen the film but that he did not think that the bandit was allowed to have twice!

As discussed, if you contact support they will help you confirm your details are correct so you will receive your next coupons. The system wont offer discounts for games it doesn't know you have so you have to register the serials. There isn't a magic way for it to know :)

We know the system works if you have the correct email address set up and you have marked the mails as a safe sender and they don't go to your spam filter. You have to fix it before the coupons are generated so waiting another 18 months and then saying it didn't work wont get you anywhere. This is exactly the same thing we've been saying from the start. It is not the answer you wanted to hear but is how it works. I'm locking this thread as all questions have been answered. Please do not open a new thread and if you have an issue contact support so they can help you.
