Hi, I cannot figure out how to change the posture of my troops to "refit" from the Commander report screen.
I think I read somewhere that it's possible but can't find how ... If somebody could help, would be highly appreciated.
thanks.

Need to play a little bit with the beast as it's not as simple as it seems. I guess it's all the filters ...

Once you really get into it, you just want more and more of the filters :D

When it becomes muscle memory you will wonder why you ever spent all that time clicking on all those units all the time!

A couple of questions about refit:
- How long should troops stay under refit status ? one full turn ? more ?
- will this have an impact on combat ?
- when should put them back on "ready" mode ? Is it auto or should I do it manually ?
- what exactly will it change ??

Thanks.

Troops refill quickly when out of combat line to 80%, but then the rate is slower so the longer on refit the better. Also be sûre to refit the unit until morale is not inferior to national morale.

Impact of combat is null, but unit on refit dig very slowly fortifications.

They will stay in refit until you order them to return to normal.

Refit units get priority for replacements others non refit units, so they will refill far quicker. (And eventually there will be no replacement left).
They will also change TOE quicker.
They will also regain morale quicker, especially if they are more than 10 hex from ennemy units.

Refit priority is Units on refit > support units and HQ > Units not on refit.

If you lose a unit and it comes back later, be sure to let it refit to max national morale and experience.
