The USFWS exaggerates their preservation efforts - do Albatrosses really need a windsock?

I mainly use Gimp. Paint resize is this:
Is it you are doing?

If you used this it is only a zoom that is temporary and does not change the original pic

Welcome, it has a lot of functionality and is a good alternative to Photoshop.

. . . I resemble that remark.

Midway has over 400,000 Layson Albatross nests - and over a million Albatrosses (70% of the world total) when they are all congregating on the island.

Washington DC, by contrast, has fewer than 700,000 people; and not *all* of them are albatrosses, we hope.

IrfanView (http://www.irfanview.com/) is a great free light weight (3MB) graphics viewing tool that can quickly resize, crop and rotate pictures. It also converts between a multitude of graphics file formats and can be used to add text/arrow annotations. It supports scanners and has powerful screen capture features as well (for those AARs).

Gimp/Photoshop is a massive overkill for just resizing pictures...
