Actually this is not 100% correct since the 5 hex is not exclusive but inclusive being at the 5 hex. See attached snapshot. So it should read "within 4 hexes" since I'm basing it on my photo.



This was brought up in one of the AAR threads and seems to not be the case per the rules that M60 posted. So which is correct? The stated rule or the photo since I see I'm at the 5 hex mark. Thank you in advance.

As this was very significant for one part of the Eight Multiplayer Team game I am guessing quite a few people were interested in bottoming this one out. Did any one find anything more about this?

I can confirm it is 4 hexes or less the repair will not work. At 5 hexes the rail will get repaired. I have numerous instances of this taking place in the current patch. Please note that I am refering to repair before the Dec 1st turn.
