Multiplayer "login isn't activated" Error

Hello. I can't log into multiplayer at present. It says "login isn't activated". What's the deal?

I'm unaware of any previous emails, I have sent you guys an email from my 2 main email accounts. If possible please respond to my gmail account with top priority.
