This year so far has been awful except yesterday. The death of my daughters Mum and my wife though separated died end of May just when Freja started her exams.

Then in June the government decided to take nearly all my disability money leaving us living hand to mouth..just. Have my local membe rof parliament on my side so having to go to a tribunal which are running at around 88% success rate. This however can take upto 10months or so!!

However yesterday Freja (daughter) exam results came out and she did amazingly well. Infact she was one of just 2009 kids across the whole country to get top mark across the English Lit, English Lang and Maths exams. Hers was for Eng Lang.

She had Top Grade in Eng Lang, A* Biology, A English Lit, A History, A RE, A Chemistry, B Maths, B Physics, B Computing and B Art.

Very proud.

Be very proud of your daughter. Working so hard even in not-so-great times means she really has a great attitude!
Hope everything goes for the best in the end, good luck with everything!

Congrats to Freja (and her proud dad of course). To achieve those marks with all that was going on around her is singly impressive .

Good reasons to be proud of her, and her attitude is very positive indeed. That´s a gift all on it´s own. Hang in there Wodin, your situation will not last for ever and when you least expected, things will change for the best! I wish you and your family all the best to come!
