2.5.5 Sentry not dropping boxes

Sorry, I don't have a save game. I have played a solitaire game slowly and just had this sense of something being wrong in the sea zones but as I have been playing infrequently I haven't confirmed what it was. Now however it seems that some of the fleets that were put in sentry mode simply doesn't drop to a lower sea box during turn end.

Anyone else experiencing this? The game was started with version 2.5.5.
