Languages

Will there be different languages? TOAW3 could be played in different languages, but the manual was still english.
Will there be translated manuals? French, spanish, german, italian... whatever? Even though most players speak basic english, when playing complicated games like TOAW I prefer a translated manual. It's hard enough to understand the game at all (still don't understand TOAW 3 and have given up trying), and fighting game mechanics and a foreign language manual makes it even harder.
