Don Rico, don't get distracted and go ahead with Market Garden [&o]...

I was only wondering what Major Frost and the 2 Para thought when they were told they were supposed to take a bridge, hold it for a short time and wait for the ground forces... again [8|].

P.S. Will you include Sherman Fireflies in some future scenarios (just to be able - for once [:D] - to plainly shoot and kill some cats ).

The paratroopers in Arnhem can hold four days without refueling or reinforcements. The XXXth corps had to unfold in three days!
Who's the fuck?

P.S:The problem is that the Firefly does not equip the American forces, so I could replace the American paratroopers by British paratroopers to access the "Fauve Killer" but I am sure that the Easy Company and our American friends are not agreement! [:D]

Tigers on the Hunt game editor supports it, you can also create scenarios with British vs American or British vs Russian :)

Excellent, Rico! [:D]

Charles DARWIN (1809-1882), British scientist, explorer & traveller, author
as a team leader for his great US contemporaries in creation and literature?
I would say: "Yeah! Yeah! Yeah!" to such a Team Yankee:
- Edgar Alan POE (1809-1849) for his short stories, poetry (The Raven), etc.
- Henri David THOREAU (1817-1862) for Walden, Walking (NOT Dead), Civil Disobedience, his innumerable aphorisms & essays.
- Mark TWAIN (1835-1910) for Tom Sawyer, Huckleberry Finn, A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur's Court...
They're all very great American people! And still universal authors, too (IMO).
- Shame on me: I've forgotten Ralph Waldo EMERSON (1803-1882), who wrote:

"Every man is superior to me when I learn from his contact."

I like America!
And a lot of other countries too...

It's a good job that unsere Deutschen Freunde are still faithfully observing their old (1156 AD)
Reinheitsgebot (Bill on water purity) since Friedrich I. Barbarossa, who was the first european monarch
in establishing such a law. With on his mind that firm duty they should have to produce "das flüssiges Brot"
(the liquid bread, aka Das Bier) with only Pure & Controlled Wasser, which was often an urban rarity during
those dark(°) Middle Ages!
Rien de nouveau sous le Soleil ! Mais on est sauvés, Rico...
