Scenario setup crash

Every time I try to play the 9th Scenario of Awakening the Bear (Assault on Peprez), the game crashes while I am placing my troops. I have uploaded a shot of the long error message that comes up.

What is the solution here? I´ve the same problem, crash while placing troops in scenario 9 (Peprez).
