Hello, great game you've got here. I got a few questions that through googling and looking in the manual I can't really seem to find an answer to.

First: Is there a way to create new HQs as the Axis? Specifically, I want to make a new corps for reinforcing divisions, but besides the two corps HQs that arrived I am still left with less than the number I'd like.

Second: Where can I find the replacement window from page 247 of the manual?

1st question = No, you can not create new HQ's as Axis.

2nd question = 2nd tab on main window titled "Info Screens"
