works straight out of the box once updated to latest version, no alterations needed apart from what's shown above, video doesn't work, that's a codec issue with it missing from windows 10 home and pro, but apart from that it works fine, tested on 1920x1080 full screen

map screenshot shown is 2D view on max zoom out, at 1920x1080 full screen

Working OK in 'Windows 10', getting the in-turn video with units firing, but not the intro video on game start. [8D]

Not working in Windows 10 for me. Nothing happens after starting a scenario. It appears to be crashing out at the point you get the video error message. However, I get no message. Scenario editor starts fine so it's nothing to do with map display.

Same for me. I have Windows 10. I recently downloaded the game with the 75% discount offer. As I begin to load a scenario, the game stops and the scenario does not open. I have tried Zakblood's possible fixes but nothing has worked.

you also need the pre requisites installed with the game, that come with the game

Which pre-requisites are you referring to? I have the same issue - I get the menu up, click to launch a scenario, get a message "Loading Main Program" then nothing.

Thanks

some games need more than others at a certain age and time, with a O/S of that date, i tend to install a default setup pack of more than a few, not knowing which ones work with a given game, some don't come with it, others don't need it, but playing and testing older games, these are the common ones, but as none are mentioned in the read me as needed, i tested with none, and all but the video worked, as shown

you may have to alter some more to suit your own, but you get the idea, it's not rocket science
