Updated Unit Insignia

Played around with some of the Unit insignia's from the game.

Tweaked a few just to maybe look a little better.

Fixed a few others, some US army patches have been redesigned over the years, changed these to WWII style/colors:
1st US Army - colors
89th Infantry Division - colors
91st Infantry - Patch has been redesigned a couple of time since WWII, these is the WWII version
473rd Infantry Regiment - found a version on the uniform of a unit veteran online. On the uniform it was worn under the 5th Army patch. This patch is similar to the Ranger Bn patches.

Added a patch for USSTAF

Added the 45th Infantry Division prewar patch, just for fun.

ZIP includes jpeg and tga that can just be dropped in the dat/art/sym/US folder.
