Oh Man, I was looking for those Ziemke books, thanks really appreciate it

The first book written in the three volume set according to the introduction is Moscow to Stalingrad and the second volume is Stalingrad to Berlin.

I was wondering if a third volume was ever written?

I have them all now, by the way, are these the studies the German generals were involved with after the war?

Hi,

Does anyone have recommendations for information on what life was like in Germany for civilians in '41?

Cheers,

Glantz is a must read. Balck and Mellenthin are incredible!

Highly recommended and I suppose not free?: Panzer Battles by Mellenthin. I keep reading this book over and over...almost as a reference book to me.
Conflict with the unexpected: two qualities are indispensable; first, an intellect which, even in the midst of this obscurity, is not without some traces of inner light which lead to the truth; second, the courage to follow this faint light. KvC
