Hi guys,

Can anyone please point me to the config file or setting that will allow me to control the Super Governments? I find them a little to OP and wish to nuter them.

The settings you're looking for should be located in governments.txt.
I don't think you can 'delete' them because a lot of the game data is interdependent on config entries in different files, ie. race data (specifically shaktur & mechanoids), govt bias and the imperial archive/temple of darkness ruins all refer back to those entries. Editing their bonuses shouldn't be an issue though.
