BUG? Medal awarded twice after battle

Hi,

I have seen this behavior quite commonly, after a battle a soldier is awarded 2 of the same medal, that is, a number 2 appears over the medal in question.

Then after going to the soldier detail in the strategic screen, it shows only one medal.
