Destroyed Sov units come back much faster, ex, the next turn, not in Urals but near the Military district from which they first arose.

Sov morale bonus for defending Lgrad and Moscow. +5 within ten hexes and +10 within 5 hexes.

Helpful to know. Is there a Soviet morale penalty when either or both of those cities fall?

I understand these are only charlie0311's ideas to improve play balance. Not actual game rules.
