Nice one, one of my opponent's and I are at about 1200 or so (I'm Allies) and the other I'm playing as Japan the Soviets have just become active[X(]

It's good when you find solid opponents that are in it for the long haul! Someone asked me the other day how long I'd been playing a PBEM game, should have seen the look on his face when I said probably about 3 and a bit years lol

Now that is a mod I want to see [:D]. When did you start? After the fall of the Rome Empire or later [:)]

I can see why you stopped as you still had over 300 years to go [X(]

When I was at the South Pole, we had a 300 hundred club. With certificates and everything [:)] However, to get it you had to winter over at the Pole.

The way it worked is you would wait until the temperature outside was around 100 degrees below zero. Then the sauna inside the station was turned up to over 200 degrees and you stayed in the sauna for about 10 minutes to make sure you were good and warm [:)] . Finally you ran naked, excepted boots of course to the pole and back, about 500 yards. [X(]

Needless to say this was not done by everyone [:D]

I was neither drunk or stupid enough to try [:D]

Running around naked in -100 degree weather is nowhere near safe. Especially for some parts of the human anatomy [X(]
