Whats not realistic about it? Ships in Command can run out of munitions and they can get replenished by appropriate ships. (AOE, AE, AO)

VLS ships generally cannot get their VLS cells reloaded at sea. At least in the US Navy. They studied this and may have had a capability at one time to replenish at sea, but have found it is just safer and easier to do it in port.

If realistic is wanted, maybe the devs could tweak the code a bit so VLS has to do it in port? Id call this a low priority though...considering what magic they have been creating in beta builds.

Sooner or later we will see port operations and replen will happen there also.

So much has been added and improved on since the initial release over a year ago. Much more is still to come.

Any help in how to load Supply ships with specific weapons for transfer and getting them to load weapons onto empty combat vessels?

Just add a weapons record to the supply ship, with the applicable weapons.

US subs and ships seldom/never deploys to the Med or Pacific with Tomahawks onboard, they enter Pearl, Yokosuka or Rota to load those from other subs or ships going home. Unless there is a crisis brewing.

In peace time they never load its VLS fully up and Ticos and Spruance could never have a full VLS loaded, due to weight limits, only about 60-70% load.

(Cant prove it, its classified)

Within the realm of unclassified info, I assume you're referring to fully loaded with TLAMs, correct? I would hope that they could load the entire VLS up with SM2s and still be within weight limits, considering that's what the Ticos were designed for.

Nope, total weight, according to a quick search on wiki, SM-3 and TLAM weighs nearly the same, SM-6 weghs a little more.
