Got a laugh out of steam today, turns out you have to play a game for 5min before it'll let you write a review....

On the positive side I have an un-tampered British user data file now [:D]

Hello.

I got FC-RS by steam, all work well, but I never got a serial or a confirmation purchase mail, and it's a problem for open an account for PBEM. (I will probably try PBEM that after 2.09 release)

I opened yesterday a ticket on steam support for a serial. I will let you know if it end well.

Batteran, did this get resolved for you, there's someone on the steam forums asking the same thing

Steam purchased games do not have a serial number like those purchased from Matrix Games. You can use the PBEM++ system through Slitherine once you setup a login on their system. A confirmation email from Steam is a different issue.
