Japanese oriented Allied player

I am looking for a japanese oriented player for some sandbox testing. For hakko Ichiu Battle of marinas. The idea is to play scenario multiple times to test some of my tactics. Player with IJ background is prefered to discuss the tactics in detail and if successfull free to use on his game. I don't have anything great but discussion and with trial error there can be some midway solution to allied air supremacy.
