Some questions please on the Allies Restricted units in Scenario 2:

1: Do any restricted units become unrestricted as the game progresses, if yes, where or how would I find the Docs. listing those units and dates ?

I do understand the restricted units can be bought out to new HQ`s for PP`s.
I`m specifically interested in those four 24 and 25 Div. Inf. Rgts. that are restricted to the " Hawaiian Dept".

Thanks
