Jutland's not included, but otherwise it looks pretty interesting. Thanks for the heads-up.
Civil war? What does that mean? Is there any foreign war? Isn't every war fought between men, between brothers?

I don't have a Kindle - although even if I did, the fact that Jutland is not included is something of a downer....
