polls / patch

The new Cold War turned hot wargame from On Target Simulations, now expanded with the Player's Edition! Choose the NATO or Soviet forces in one of many scenarios or two linked campaigns. No effort was spared to model modern warfare realistically, including armor, infantry, helicopters, air support, artillery, electronic warfare, chemical and nuclear weapons. An innovative new asynchronous turn order means that OODA loops and various effects on C3 are accurately modeled as never before.

Drats! Foiled again. Yes we are working a smoke and mirrors campaign while we wait for me to finish the updated Quick Start/Tutorial guide and get it fed into the files for the update. The Matrix crew is back in house today from Historicon and I am taking the day off work to wrap up the document and smack two minor last minute bugs (UI and info glitch, not game impacting, just annoying). A little soft shoe dancing... And we really don't know the cycle time. Could be 3 days after we drop files or 12 if we have to make a few iterations to get the installer package right. Not worth putting a day on it when things can pop up. That is the truth of the matter.

thanks for the straight shooting Capn[:)]....Since this looks to be the last major patch for 2.00 better to get it right before moving on to 2.1....looking forward to its release.hopefully MR or the community can keep some content coming to keep the momentum going while waiting for 2.1

I'm sure we will be popping things here and there for 2.04+, but we will need to swing our guns into 2.1 if you want to see that next year. [;)] Hopefully once 2.04 drops and I get the last Mod guide out, more folks will make scenarios and such to fill the gaps.
