So I am running Windows 7 64 bit 16GB ram two screens.
The window extends but the contents does not render properly.

Attaching picture

When the window exceed the size of the single screen that when the rendering issues begin. Picture attachment limitation makes it hard to illustrate.

A known issue. Fixing is not a high priority. But thanks for the report anyway.
