If neither of us have have much experience with the multiplayer aspect it would probably be wise to setup a game either as a practice run just to see we know what we're doing and it works ok. You can then either restart it others show up or just keep going.

What's the best way to go from here? Depending on what time zone you are in we can either chat via TS/3, skype or just PM / email? I'm in Australia. It's pretty easy to beat the AI on Hard so human players would be much better.

I suck at these games but love them. Anybody want to get a top/ip game going let me know. I prefer to play France but any nation will do.
