I can do very fast graphics, but what i can't do well is to attribute a number instead of the "?" in the picture.
If someone give me these values, i can virtually do any unit you could want.

Guys,

Great work both of you.

What I really need are turret counters that work for the counters I have.

These all don't have working turret tgas. They need to be tga and have a transparent background.
1)Matida (i'm using the t-60 tga)
2)PzIIC(i'm using a generic tga from acropora)
3)M18 hellcat
4)M10
5)t-26
6)M5 stuart
7)Civ cromwell
8)king tiger
9)A10 brittank
10)Sdkfz 231

all of these tanks are using a crappy turret or the generic one made by grandprix.

Maitrebongo and acropora...you guys might want to pm one another and divide work ..so you don't copy each other(waste time) and more importantly...you don't step on each others toes.

But thanks guys for all your work ...its really great.

There is 2 way to make this kind of vehicles in this scale in this short time :

1 - you take a top down view of a black & white copyright free blueprint (easely finded on the web), then you put a copyright free texture by bottom and Arrange while playing with the lighting.

2 - Numerous game's modder have soon worked on a similar things and, as we do, they freely distribute their works. You only take the vehicle picture and make the counter by yourself.

It is not very hard to do but it's an accurate work.

As i am a professionnal graphic designer, it is easy for me to do such graphic job.
On the other hand, I try to be perfectionnist because I am very sensitive to the graphic aspect of a wargame.

If you agree, i will work on the graphics of other nations except German (because you are working on it). As i said above, i am not good in estimate the right value for a given unit. And thus, I really need help for these values.

Let me know how you think we can work together.

I had no thought to the blue print that i know
I have worked in Photoshop for a race game(Grand Prix Legend)but i'm not graphic designer, anyway thank you for the suggestion now i try to do something better.
For sure you can work on others nations but ,having seen your counters, could be better if you work on the counters and me with Jonj work on the value[:D]

What is what it was not this game with racing cars which slid as bars of soap ?
If it is the case I played it for a long time and I found that graphics were really magnificent for this era.
In any case I am not a graphic designer of games but a Web graphic designer (comming from the advertising).

That's a good idea i think sincerely you make a very good job with Jonj in this domain.

Simply let me know what unit you want me to do first.
I'm working in parallel on the turret's files asked by Jonj above, but it will be easy for me to make turrets comming from the picture of my new units. So to redo these units completely.

1)Matida (i'm using the t-60 tga)

I suppose that you want a Soviet matilda :

And its turret file in TGA (with transparency in an alpha layer):

If it is good for you, tell me.

I always miss the values of the armament to be able to make the back of the counter :

if you read my post 2 minutes ago...sorry you had to see that..frustration has a real ugly face...

that modules.dat file is a great big pain in the ass....thats all i got to say on it.

that bitch file stays unchanged until they fix it..and make it so it doesn't piss me off so much. life is too short to get pissed off at a little patch of code.

maitrebongo...your tga file works great ...go ahead and send more...

acropora your tga files work great .. go ahead send more

you two pick your work..and let the other know ..please...there is plenty of work to go around.

thanks for all your help

If you work on turrets just keep the axis of rotation for the turret in the 63-63 spot on the tga or the 64-64 or 64-63 or 63-64. The counter is 127x127 and the closer you get the center of turret rotation to the center of counter the easier it for me to line it up with the hull.

the matilda turret was perfect...all i had to do was put the turret in the sprites.csv and renumber it in the units.csv..the offset was already there from the crap turret.

Probably yes,is a game published in the 1998 and some enthusiasts keeps alive it.
Is the F1 of another era from 1965 to 1969 ,currently we are finishing the CanAm 1966 and i have done all the cars. There are than mod for the GT1967 and F2.In work also F1 1955.All cars of pure driving, only the 1969 have the wing.
You can look this car, search with Google SRMZ and you can find something into the GPL section. This game is alive not for the graphics(there are better game for this)but for the phisyc of the cars.More simulation than game.

I'm working on this German counters:JgPzIV,Pz38T,Nashorn,Brumbar,PSW 234.
We have the King Tiger ,was in one your post if i'm not wrong, and to do the turret is not a problem for me.
For the russian could be better to have a new Zis track and the SU100.
This one is the brumbar but i'm quite sure that you produce something better.
