Yes, I think a lot of people are waiting for the new patch so it can be more of an even fight, as it stands the Germans have not good chances.

The rules you propose are gr8; if would play like this but have too much for now. Very fair; there is no Soviet, "I win button." Only frustrated arm chair generals who can't dance in Stalingrad in '41 anymore.

I tend to agree with Saper222, although win may not be "easy" easy. 50% rail will leave a lot of Sov arms factories at risk of capture.
