GC rebel needed

Grand Campaign. This experienced Union jayhawker originally from eastern Kansas wants to punish everyone with southern accents that has slaves and massacre Kansans.

Options open. Leader randomization OK. Other options considered. Shooting for 1 day turnaround except on holidays.
