[0.7.4] Minor Graphic Issue-Budget numbers "on top" of each other

The budget numbers are crowding each other in the budget window. See the Lowest and Highest Prestige figures in the image below

In a similar vein, the crew selection page for the Gemini Orbital Rendezvous mission also is crowded to the point that all four crewmen are not visible. (See image below). Additionally, it is hard to read the names of the crewmembers, as the font uses a black letter font on a black background. Recommend changing the font to a lighter color.
