GaW Future

Germany At War: Operation Barbarossa 1941 is an elegant turn-based design, inspired by classics such as Panzer General, but with more of a historical focus. You command the German forces through a branching historical campaign covering the entire 1941 campaign as well as part of the 1942 campaign. Dozens of scenarios stretch from the Soviet border all the way to Archangel and towards Astrakhan, the original military goals of Operation Barbarossa. Step into a wargame where your performance will rewrite history, through an addictive combination of compelling gameplay, realistic events and challenging battles.

Hello,

yes, there are plans to expand the content, also a later war additions.

As soon as there is some substantial information, we will announce this.

Anyway players are welcome to state their wishes and we will consider whatever is doable in the given timeframes.

Hi Ronald,

Maybe a dumb question for a game called "Germany at War", but are there any plans to extend this game to include Sov campaigns as well? (I don't have the game yet but understand that so far they are not included...).

actually there are some ideas about how to include campaigns of the Soviet side, but currently there is no schedule or the like for such a thing so no promises there.

You can play the Soviets on single maps, and one could build a Soviet campaign with the tools delivered in v1.04.
